Introduction to the Work of the Holy Spirit

Prophecy or any other spiritual things starts will understanding and knowing God. When you understand and obey God you will have understanding - for it is the being of knowledge and wisdom. The Gifts without a relationship with God is pseodo and dangerous. But when you are led by the Spirit you have authority and power.

“Pro 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.”

Walking with the Holy Spirit is first of all to be in relationship with God - to learn to live a life of sanctification and holiness and to let God be Lord of your life.

We learn that Holy Spirit walks next to us as our comforter and teacher. He teaches us pray and worship and leads us into truth. Holy Spirit reveals God's will to us. Then Holy Spirit is also the one to bring revelations on God's Word, give us prophetic Words from God so that we may be victorious and live a practical power life today. He continues to teach us God's things.

1Co 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.

When we grow in the Lord it is also just because of His mercy and Grace - when we continue on with the Lord it is even more humbling to know it is all because of Him love for us.

Our Amazing Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit, Father and Jesus has one nature, for they are one. They looks just the same. Holy Spirit speaks Jesus' words to us, and Jesus send the Holy Spirit. Through Holy Spirit Christ dwell in our hearts

By the Holy Spirit healing and deliverance, empowerment and anointings takes place. The power of Holy Spirit is the resurrection power that raised Christ. That same power is in us through the Holy Spirit.

Giving attention to the Holy Spirit

We should learn to mind the Holy Spirit never dictating to Him and never being wilfully disobedient. The responsibility is ours to stay faithful in worship, fellowship, prayer and hearing God's voice. How do we tell God that we love Him and desire His fellowship in our life? We need alone time with God. Whenever we speak to God with love, turning our hearts, our minds and attention to Him, we are strengthening our oneness with Him - our friendship and our partnership.

We want to see Him face to face. We and to see his power. But are we giving ourselves to Him in intimate worship and fellowship. Intimacy is reserved for those that can trust God implicity - that care more about God themselves - that don't mind God telling us what He thinks about a matter even when it is not what we want to hear.

Prophecy and doing great miracles flows out of Love for God and for man. God's love flows better when we have no issues with men other than an overwhelming love.

Jud 1:20-25 ...is a good example of how such a man lives.
